• Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic damage)

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications

• Issues resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or cleaning

• Use of unauthorized parts or accessories

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact our customer service team with proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order number).

2. Provide a clear description of the issue and, if possible, photos or video.

3. We will review your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return.

• Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.
