Which Freestylist is best for your salon

The Freestylist is engineered to support the weight of the dryer the whole time you’re using it. As with most things in life everyone has their own creative ways to using a tool. However it is important to understand the basics to quickly utilize the benefits of the Freestylist.

The RA770 and MA440 automatically turn your dryer off and on. It is important to note that both models feel exactly the same while in use.

Proper Technique

• Let the cord hold the dryer’s weight while using it.
• For proper ergonomics, keep your wrist straight. You may want to hold the dryer by the nozzle in certain cases.
• Whenever you want to stop drying for a minute to section hair, raise the dryer up to its resting position. The dryer will turn off automatically.  You can talk to your client while saving energy.
• Hold the dryer with a loose grip.
• If using a diffuser and pointing the dryer up, put the dryer’s cord under your elbow and point the dryer up. In this particular instance the Freestylist does not support the weight of the dryer.
